This privacy policy governs the online information that Expound Media Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") gathers while you are using any of its websites or sales pages, and the ways in which Expound Media Group, LLC uses this information. There are two kinds of information that Expound Media Group can obtain about you:

How Long We Keep Your Data

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we do use advertising tools such as Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar technologies to serve targeted advertisements to you after you visit our website. Under certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), this activity may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Consequently, you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information or uploading material of any kind.

 

9. Testimonials Disclaimer

The site may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those users and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that all users will have the same experiences. YOUR INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.

 

The testimonials on the site are submitted in various forms such as text, audio, and/or video, and are reviewed by us before being posted. They appear on the site verbatim as given by the users, except for the correction of grammar or typing errors. Our services are directed exclusively at adults (individuals 18 years of age and older). DedicatedVirtual Professional Services LLC does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from those under the age of 18, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws.

EXPOUND MEDIA IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS THAT ARISE FROM YOUR POSTINGS OR FOR ANY OTHER ACTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

Expound Media Group’s websites are controlled, operated, and administered entirely within the United States.
